If you’re like me, you’ve moved many times in your life. Over the years, you could find me throughout Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and finally now planting roots in South Florida. I enjoy traveling, experiencing new cultures, and being outdoors. When I'm not working, you will find me gardening-- I raise Monarch Butterflies (I’ll explain later, haha!), doing yoga, or spending time with my family and friends at the beach!
I have 15 years of experience in mental health working through many different types of issues over the years, however, I specialize in diminishing stress/anxiety and/or depression through the use of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques, SFBT, REBT, Mindfulness (MBSR), as these approaches are the most effective, evidence-based strategies to date to relieve symptoms of stress or anxiety.
I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Registered Yoga Teacher servicing clients in New Jersey & Florida.
I offer virtual teletherapy sessions for adults and adolescents (through a webcam).
Or in-person sessions if you live in South Florida.

Founder of Mind Body & Soul Wellness Center, in Haddon Heights, NJ. I built this wellness center from “the ground up”. I was the Owner and Director for 3 years. Responsible for overseeing all operations of the facility including marketing, recruiting staff, budgeting, designing, planning, and executing classes and special events in addition to customer service/administrative tasks as well as instructing classes and groups.
I sold Mind Body & Soul in 2019.
I am passionate about helping others enhance their physical and mental health.
I believe self-care practices such as maintaining a healthy diet, implementing a physical fitness routine along with relaxation techniques are some of the best strategies to achieve overall wellness.
